All formatting is done in Adobe InDesign or Vellum.
Please send a clean, final manuscript — formatting is not editing.
Word count determines base pricing; final quote provided after reviewing your file.
Rush fees may apply for timelines under 2 weeks.
Revisions are included; major content changes after formatting begins may incur additional fees.
Post-formatting changes are limited to formatting and typo corrections only. All corrections must be submitted as a single list, including file location and sentence context.
Stylized elements (text messages, letters, POV changes, special front/back matter) must be clearly labeled using Microsoft Word comment boxes before submission.
Non-standard formatting behavior across specific devices or apps is not included. Multiple header variations or design changes are considered custom work and billed separately.
