Unfortunatley, no. Each print distributor (KDP, Nook Press, and Ingram) has their own guidelines for margins and bleeds. Ingram has a specific template you must use. Whereas the other two will need to match their measurment requirements.
We have a list of print shops we work with and can happily be the middle-person to make sure your design specifciations print to the print shop's regulation. If you have your own print shop you prefer to work with, we will need margin and bleed line guidelines for whatever design we are putting together for you.
Great question! The best place to buy your ISBN from is www.bowker.com. They offer a great discount for bulk purchases. You will need one ISBN per edition (ebook, paperback, hard-cover audio, etc.)

No, we do not offer refunds unless the project has not been started or worked on. We are happy to work with every client until fully satisfied, but we do close projects on common agreement. Once they are closed, we are happy to re-open them but further fees may apply.
We are happy to work out a payment plan for all projects incurring invoice of $500 or more. Please email us at info@madhatstudios.com to discuss options.
We use a variety of different commercial free sites such as:
